Hugely experienced in overseeing the growth of organisations of all sizes, from start-up to large, Saif Al Noaimi is Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management’s CEO.

Having initially been brought in as Executive Director – Corporate Development and Strategy in 2017, a role he served with distinction for a two-year period, he was then promoted to Deputy CEO in the summer of 2019, tasked with managing the performance of ADMM’s Strategic, Commercial and Operations Divisions.

As CEO, he looks to lead and guide the company and ensure ADMM delivers its stakeholder and shareholder commitments, alongside delivering ADMM’s vision and objectives.

Having lead the most successful FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX ever in 2021 alongside possibly the most challenging in 2020, his leadership and guidance goes from strength to strength.

Born in Abu Dhabi, Al Noaimi moved to Boston in order to study Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, before returning to the UAE and taking a position at UAE Offsets Group, where he passed Level 1 of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) examination.

He then enjoyed two-year spells at Mubadala Development Company, Synergy Commercial Investments and Al Fares Real Estate, eventually moving back to Mubadala Development Company, as Vice President, Services Ventures Unit, in 2009.

After four years in that particular role, Al Noaimi’s services were secured by National Electronic Security Authority, where he worked as Executive Director – Strategic Affairs and Acting Chief – Regulatory & Strategic Affairs over the course of a four-year period before moving to ADMM in 2017.

A highly respected business figure in the UAE and beyond, Al Noaimi is a board member at companies such as Miral and Flash Entertainment.
