Chris has 18+ years of working in football in the UAE. He is a former English professional player and a UEFA A License Coach. Prior to launching his business, Chris managed Jebel Ali Centre of Excellence in Dubai from 2006-2013.

In 2013 Chris formed his own company It’s Just Football (IJF) – a youth academy known as one of the strongest youth development programmes in the UAE.

Chris took youth teams from Dubai to international competitions in England, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany & Spain. IJF Academy Graduate Andrea Borg became a professional footballer in England. The academy became the only youth football academy to operate out of NAS Sports Complex.

Chris formed a partnership with the English FA to deliver FA International Coaching Courses in the UAE. IJF was acquired in 2017 by Indian Sports Group KOOH Sports – Chris became Global Director of Football.

CBF launched in 2020 with the following as core pillars of the business:
•Performance (Team & Player Training Camps)
•Education (Coaching Courses with English FA)
•Management (Rangers FC Soccer Academy in Abu Dhabi & rights holder of the Mina Cup
International Youth Tournament in Dubai)
