Mags Byrne is the Founder of both global educational esports company, EStars, and sports management company, First For Players. She has held CEO and Director level positions at the English Premier League, Football Association of England and England Boxing. In these roles, Mags played a key part in the forming of legislation and governance.

Mags is also a dual qualified Lawyer in England and Wales, and the Republic of Ireland. She has previously been short listed by the English Law Society for In-House Lawyer of the Year.

The growth of EStars, an educational esports company from an idea to a global brand has seen Mags win Entrepreneur of the Year and been listed amongst the top 50 Irish Women of Influence. Mags was bestowed an Honorary Doctorate in Science by Ulster University for her outstanding contribution to sports and business and is currently an Honorary Associate/Entrepreneur in Residence at The Open University.
